It's finally R A C E W E E K ! The MORE series, brought to you by Bonecutter Off Road, is ready to kick off our 16th year of racing action THIS weekend, June 13/14 at Barn Hollow near Mountain View, MO.
In case you forgot or haven’t heard yet - 2 days of racing - 1 gate fee - 1 travel expense - that’s what you get with MORE. Travel once - race twice (or maybe MORE).
As far as the track goes - it’s fair to say that the course is 50% brand new. Anything that got really rutted last year, has been replaced with fresh cut. There’s an area thru the “big pines” that’s skid loader width and that portion has been completely cleaned up with a power rake, to the point that it feels brand new. There will be a fresh “Sunday only” section for both the AM and PM races, as well as a PM only section.
We've partnered with Bullet Proof Designs as our Event Sponsor for this round & WE ARE STOKED to get the entire MORE crew back together again! Wash your helmets, pack your trailer & get excited...it's almost MORE TIME!

Happy to have PureMoto Photography back with us for the 2026 season! Debbie will be hard at work capturing images of our racing action & then posting albums after each event. This is a time consuming commitment that we greatly appreciate & we ask that when you use her images, please be sure to give proper photo credit and thank her for her dedication. Excited to see all the amazing shots she'll get this year!

Yes, you read that right! Mid-Mo Equipment Repair is graciously covering all Tyke entry fees for the entire 2026 season!
How awesome is THAT??!! Parents will still need to fill out entry cards & sign waivers, but the fees are taken care of!
Big thanks to Mid-Mo Equipment & Repair for providing this perk for our littlest rippahs!

ProudSis is back at it for our 2026 season...she loves seeing our littlest racers out there tearing it up, so she'll once again be awarding various prizes at every round to one lucky rider from ALL FOUR of our PeeWee 50 classes! Thanks ProudSis (me, lol) for providing this perk to our racers!

The MORE series, brought to you by Bonecutter Off Road, is happy to announce our event locations for the upcoming 2026 season. Mark your calendars & make plans to join us for our 16th year of racing action. Race MORE.

Up first, the changes for 2026...
Concerning the Ladies program - no longer will we have A & B. We will now have:
Ladies - any age/any ability
Womens - 30 and older/any ability
Girls - 18 and under/any ability
Our hope is that this avoids any conflict with classification in
AMA sanctioned events.
We also added a new class to our Short Course program on Sundays:
+60 - 60 and older/any ability
This class will start AFTER C+50.
Now, please check the 2026 CLASSES listing on the INFO page to determine which class you should compete in & then send an email to proudsis45@yahoo.com that includes your name & class, along with your top three number preferences.
If you'd like to keep the number you used during the 2025 season, you MUST email proudsis45@yahoo.com by April 30th.
On May 1st, ALL unclaimed numbers will be released.
Please keep in mind that all riders are REQUIRED to display the appropriate number and back ground color (on all three number plates) during all MORE events. This will be the means by which the riders are scored. In addition to aiding the scoring personnel, it will also benefit riders (knowing which other riders are in their class), pit crews (knowing who their rider is racing against), and spectators.
Number plates need to be easy to read, no fancy fonts or crazy outlines in other colors, just plain & simple - use the correct number & color combo assigned.
If a rider does not have the appropriate background/number on their machine, generic backgrounds and numbers will be available at sign-up for $5.00 for a set of three.

MORE is excited to announce BONECUTTER OFF ROAD as our 2026 title sponsor. Bonecutter Off Road is a family-owned & operated dealership located in California, MO. As in past years, Bonecutter Off Road plans to have their mobile store onsite at all of our events to help you with your race weekend needs. This is such an awesome perk for our riders, the spectators and our staff.

We are so stoked to announce that our leader, Steve Leivan, has been inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. We are beyond proud of him.
With a professional career spanning nearly 30 years, Leivan is a Missouri boy turned motorcycle racing legend. He has amassed 36 regional overall championships, won 18 amateur national titles, earned a ranking in the World Enduro Championship (38th in 2007) and finished on the podium in 16 of 19 Endurocross rounds (Vet class 2008-2010). Additionally, he brought home a silver medal at the International Six Days Enduro in New Zealand (2006), finished Red Bull Last Man Standing (2005), earned top five and podium finishes in National Hare Scrambles, National Enduro, OMA National, and WORCS competitions, and finished the famous Blackwater 100. He also was selected as one of the top 100 off-road riders by Dirt Bike magazine. The Golden City resident, 54, also gives back as a promoter through the MORE series (Midwest Off Road Events), which hosts seven races throughout Missouri yearly, along with the Off-Road Cup, a nine-hour, three-man team race held annually. All this from an 1989 graduate of Eldon High School.

Our fifth installment of the RAD RACER REPORT is here...
Let's talk about DAVID PAYNE! David is a long time racer, landowner & supporter of the MORE series. He currently competes in our +50 A/B class, is the owner of the fan favorite property KNOBBY CREEK, and he does something really cool off of the dirtbike track, too! In February 2018, David set out on what he thought would be just a fun weekend with friends—renting Baja Challenge Cars to explore the desert. That trip changed everything. During the adventure, David met Roger Norman, owner of SCORE International, the legendary promoter of the Baja races. Roger told him, “You know you can race these?” Those words sparked a passion that quickly shifted from a weekend thrill to a lifelong pursuit. By April of the same year, David was on the starting line of his first Baja race—and not only did he compete, he took 1st place in the Baja Challenge Car class. That victory left him wanting more. Over the years, David worked his way up through the ranks—racing everything from Baja Challenge Cars to Razors, Trophy Lite (shout out to Steve Leivan for being David’s co-driver while racing the Trophy Lite), Trophy Truck Spec, and now a 4WD Mason Trophy Truck. Today, he races in the 50+ Legends Class, where the competition is as fierce as the terrain. His best finish to date came in June 2025, taking 2nd place in class and 6th overall out of more than 200 vehicles. Every race is held on the rugged Baja Peninsula, Mexico, where endurance, focus, and adrenaline collide. As David puts it: “I love it for the adrenaline & focus it takes (like dirt bikes)… plus 1,100 horsepower and 26”+ of suspension!” You can follow along with Payne Racing on Instagram @payne.racing61l to keep up with the action. The team’s next big races are the Baja 400 September 10–14 and the Baja 1000 November 10–16. Congratulations David on all your accomplishments & we can’t wait to see you out there racing, on 2 wheels & on 4! Let's hear it for DAVID PAYNE!

Our fourth installment of the RAD RACER REPORT is here...
Let's talk about STEVE SMITH! Steve is a long time racer, sponsor & supporter of all things MORE related. He currently competes in our C+50 class and is involved in many cool projects off the track, too. Steve started collecting vintage motocross bikes around the year 2000. Since he used to race motocross in the 1970s, he began collecting old Bultacos, Ossa’s, Maico’s, CZ‘s and other vintage motocross bikes. Then his collection started to expand into other unusual and rare motorcycles from Poland, Russia, Switzerland, Hungary, and other European manufacturers. Steve was drawn to unique bikes that existed before 1975, all the way back to the beginning of motorcycling around 1900. When his personal collection got up to around 80 motorcycles, he decided to build a museum in order to share it with the public. The Moto Museum, located in St. Louis, opened its doors in 2007 & continues to draw in motorcycling enthusiasts today. Highlights include a 1951 Imme R100 with its single-sided fork and swingarm, and the iconic ČZ 125—each piece offering a glimpse into the artistry and innovation of motorcycle history. Steve’s favorite motorcycle in the collection is a 1927 Bohmerland. It is very rare, made in Czechoslovakia, and seats three in a row. The Moto Museum is free of charge & Steve hopes you will all visit the museum and enjoy this amazing collection. Congratulations to Steve & many thanks to him for giving back to the motorcycle community by sharing his passion & collection with all of us. Give it up for STEVE SMITH!

Our third installment of the RAD RACER REPORT is here...
Let's talk about JACOB LARIMER! Jacob began his Scouting journey as a Tiger Cub Scout in first grade when he was six years old. He was also one of the first founders of Pack 621. In 2nd grade, he advanced to Wolf Scout and his mom Julie became his Den Leader. The following year, Jacob went to Bear Scout Day Camp, where his love of camping and the outdoors began to flourish. Jacob’s dedication to Scouts continued as he completed Webelos, the Arrow of Light and transitioned from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. Jacob dove right in to complete the requirements of Scout, then onto Tenderfoot in 6th grade. The following year, he earned the rank of Second Class and kept working hard to then advance to First Class. My middle school, many boys drop out of Scouts due to other activities, but Jacob continued his journey to achieve Star and finally Life Scout. He’s had many fun adventures through the ranks of Scouting, but decided to add the challenging quest of Philmont Scout Ranch in the summer of 2023, where he served as Crew Head Leader for the 621 Scouts and Leaders. Upon returning, Jacob was determined to complete his final rank of EAGLE SCOUT & that he did. He managed the crew for his Eagle project, which was the installation of a concrete slab for dumpsters including a privacy fence. For years, Jacob has served in his community by helping with Harvester’s Food Drives, feeding the needy, and picking up trash in Peculiar, MO. Congratulations Jacob on all your accomplishments & we can’t wait to see you out there racing this year!

Our second installment of the RAD RACER REPORT is here...
Let's talk about ALYSSA ROCK! Alyssa finished 3rd in Ladies Short Course & 5th in Ladies A for 2024 & she has been showing off her talents off the track, too! Alyssa has been playing on her high school basketball team and helped them end their season with the best win/loss record in over 10 years. She’s led her team in average points per game (281 points for the season), was nominated & played in the Senior All Star game for her region where she earned 2nd place in the 3 point contest. Speaking of 3 pointers, Alyssa ranked 24th overall in 3 point shooting for the STL Metro region and scored 59 3pointers during this season. She was nominated as Second Team All Conference and was chosen as the team’s MVP for the year, which shows her teammates think she’s as awesome as we do! Congratulations Alyssa on a fantastic year of basketball &
we can’t wait to see you at the races soon!

Our first installment of the RAD RACER REPORT is here...
Let's talk about CHASE RAWSON! Chase is our 2024 50A Champion and he does some pretty cool stuff off the track, too! He has been participating in the Elks Hoop Shoot competition, an Elks Lodge driven event that happens all over the United States. Chase recently attended Regionals in Paducah, Kentucky where he completed 24/25 shots! Next up, he'll be representing Mineral Area Elks and Central Region 9 at the National Hoop Shoot in Chicago on April 26th where he'll be competing against 11 other 8/9 year old boys from across America. Chase has been hard at work, honing his skills & making shots like nobody's business! We'd like to ask everyone to take a second to put a comment below so Chase can feel all the support from his MORE family! Go do work Chase...you GOT THIS!

Everything we put into this series is because of our hero, Frank Leivan. He had a deep rooted passion for dirt bikes. Frank loved riding them, racing them, laying out trail so other people would have a place to ride and race them. He loved working on them, talking about them, drinking Stag while he told stories about them, and he loved travelling near & far in pursuit of the next ride, the next race, the next adventure. Frank spearheaded organized off-road racing in the state of Missouri and he felt great joy & pride when introducing people to the sport he cared so much about. His devotion to promoting a racing series where others could experience the rush of competition or just being able to get away from the real world for the weekend, was one of his lasting gifts he gave to so many. He instilled in us how to do it all the right way and for all the right reasons. We will continue his legacy, carrying the torch, and paying tribute to him by providing a place where we can all enjoy the happiness that motorcycle racing gives us. Thank you Frank, for every single thing. XOXO
#FRANKTOUR
